      Arbor Networks is currently looking for a highly creative and highly organized Marketing Programs Manager with a passion for building and implementing enterprise demand generation programs to drive pipeline growth. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Enterprise Programs this person will be responsible for executing programs to expand our lead pipeline in the enterprise market, accelerating sales and revenue growth.

      Job Responsibilities:

      - Execute demand generation programs, including but not limited to webinars, email, online media, and in person events ensuring activities and investments can be tracked and measured.
      - Manage and execute lead nurturing programs in Marketo, aligning with Arbor Networks’ objectives for lead flow across our marketing automation and CRM systems.
      - Ensure integration and adaptation of campaigns across all target audiences.
      - Work with internal, as well as outside resources including freelancers, marketing agencies/vendors to execute program strategies seamlessly.
      - Identify and initiate new campaigns and new opportunities for existing campaigns based on analysis of past performance.
      - Work closely with appropriate internal teams to ensure all leads are correctly routed and followed up on in a timely manner.
      - Managing budget to support lead generation activities and expenses.

      Qualifications

      The candidate will have previously managed lead generation programs from concept to execution and evaluation in a B2B technology company. Experience in the network security space a plus. He/she will have had experience creating and executing integrated campaigns, with a successful track record of achieving demonstrable results. He/she should be a high-energy, creative, team-oriented, driven individual with a passion for executing successful marketing programs within a complex, global organization. Additionally, candidates should have:

      - At least 7-10 years marketing experience, with at least 3+ years focused on developing and managing demand generation programs, from creation to execution and measurement.
      - Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms. Understanding of Marketo and NetSuite a plus.
      - Experience in marketing solutions to IT organizations across multiple vertical markets. Understanding of indirect channels a plus.
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
      - Superior organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting stringent deadlines. Ability to manage own time effectively.
      - Ability to work effectively across teams dispersed in different geographic regions
      - Superior written, verbal and presentation skills.
      - Travel up to 20% of the time.
      - BA or BS in Marketing, Business or related field.
