Can you tell us where it's going wrong?
What are you trying to achieve and what results you expect?

Re: How to create Wait activity?

Hi Cathal ,

Thanks for your reply.
I am trying to create all activity types, getting from below WSDL link, in Marketo UI.
http://app.marketo.com/soap/mktows/2_1?WSDL

We are extracting data from UI through API calls.
I have to test that what are the data available in UI for these activities, should be match data we are getting from API call.

In response from WSDL I am getting on Wait as activity, I have tried to create as mentioned in link, but in result i am not getting that as Activity type like SendEmail.

Can you please help me.

Re: How to create Wait activity?

To the best of my knowledge there is no way to define a campaign flow through SOAP.

WSDL defines "Wait" within xs:simpleType name="ActivityType". That is intended to be read, not set.

Re: How to create Wait activity?

Hi Breno ,

I am trying to create Wait activity in Marketo UI like SendEmail, ChangeScrore etc, not through SOAP.

Is there any way to create Wait activity in Marketo UI.
Below are the some activities I have created in Marketo UI-

Re: How to create Wait activity?

A Wait step is not exactly an activity like Send Mail. It is defined in the campaign flow.

Re: How to create Wait activity?

I did not get this, Send Email is also defined in campaign flow.
But for that we are able to generated activity type in results.

Re: How to create Wait activity?

I may be misunderstanding the entire context.

While Wait is defined in the flow actions, from the practical standpoint it is not an activity since it does not execute any action.

I may be wrong or just not following the idea correctly.
