      Accela, the leader in government cloud, is seeking a Marketing Campaign Lead to help identify, strategize, create, and execute ground-breaking demand generation campaigns to help drive Sales pipeline and revenue.  In this role you will be required to think on a strategic level, yet also be very hands-on in driving marketing programs. The ideal candidate is someone who comes from a creative/copywriting background with experience developing acquisition and retention marketing program strategies, combining customer branding goals with platform best practices to develop a coherent campaign strategy.

      Responsibilities:
      •           Plan and execute strategies for demand generation campaigns, utilizing the right market tactics in a combined and integrated marketing manner and manage multi-touch campaigns
      •           Define and create campaign creative (message headlines, copy, creative, emails, landing pages, etc.) assets in support of campaigns and programs
      •           Execute metric-driven marketing programs and other activities to generate qualified leads and drive sales
      •           Leverage demand generation tools (Salesforce.com, Marketo marketing automation software, Google Adwords, Google Analytics) in campaign planning and execution
      Creative Qualification:
      •           Hands-on design understanding of emails, multi-page, multi-product materials, direct mail, infographics, and the fundamental principles of digital marketing
      •           Solid message creation and copywriting skills, examples required
      •           Solid portfolio of creative ideas, must be able to provide examples of campaigns you brought to market
      •           Strong ability to turn creative concepts into executable assets
      •           Content background or experience with content-heavy projects a plus
      •           Good sense of aesthetic when selecting stock photography and illustrated art
      •           Experience ensuring art direction and visual design support campaign strategy
      •           Demonstrated experience leading new and innovative creative ideas ranging from interactive (web, mobile, social) to email to print to video
      Campaign Qualifications:
      •           7+ years demonstrated success developing a repeatable and sustainable demand and lead generation marketing campaigns that provide measurable improvement in topline and bottom-line growth.
      •           Proven track record of successful global inbound and outbound demand generation program creation, and execution
      •           Must have deep expertise with Marketo and Salesforce.com
      •           Must have a solid understanding of how to optimize lead nurturing, lead scoring and marketing program spend
      •           Proven track record of measuring, improving, and hitting the targeted ROI of marketing investments
      •           Strong interpersonal skill and the ability to influence others without formal authority
      •           Experience marketing to state and local government markets desirable
      •           High growth company experience preferred.
