    Marketing Manager Contractor

      Marketing Manager (Contractor):

           As a Marketing Manager/Contractor, you will collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations Management to support strategic business needs, while improving the overall effectiveness and efficiency of Sales and Marketing processes, programs, and infrastructure. Further, the Marketing Contractor will support integrated marketing programs, be responsible for the accurate, representative capture and dissemination of marketing information to the leadership team, be it metrics, strategy/planning, and the systems and process know-how that enable capturing this information in a systematic, predictable fashion. There are two primary objectives for this role:

      Infrastructure and data management:

      •           Protect and maintain the integrity of our database, and establish a process to conduct routine cleansing and auditing.
      •           Marketo experience – versed in understanding how to create nurture/drip programs, list segmentation, analytics, and reporting.
      •           Apply your expertise in data analysis to provide insightful recommendations to management to optimize systems and campaigns.
      •           Knowledge of data flows between Marketo and Salesforce.com to be able to track, optimize, and report consistency between the two systems.

      Program Management:

      •           Manage and support integrated online and offline programs, including webcasts, social media, and workshops.
      •           Collaborate with Product Marketing, strategic media partners to ensure programs have the right messaging and offers to target the right audience.
