Request to be added to addressbook/safe senders list.

I'm looking for best practices on requesting the user add us to their addressbook or safe senders list.

Also, our email campaign sends emails from various users with the same domain, ie {{name}}@domain.com or welcome@domain.com or gifts@domain.com. Would the user need to add each email address? Or is there a way for them to just add the domain once and be done with it?

Any ideas or best practices are welcome.

Thanks!

Re: Request to be added to addressbook/safe senders list.

When someone fills out a form on our website, we send a delivery email with a link to the resource they requested.  The follow-up "confirmation" landing page has the phrase "Please add clicks@domain.com to your email address book to ensure delivery."  Most recipients' email clients can white list email domains as well, so you could change the phrase to indicate that as well.

We keep a blurb at the top of our subscr mgmt page that says something like 'to ensure that you receive requested emails, make sure to add domain.com to your safe senders list or network whitelist.'
