Currently, we are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to support Kimberly-Clark Professional. Position Summary A Senior Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for design, quality assurance, execution, maintenance and reporting of automated marketing programs and email distribution. This role is tactically focused on the execution of the Marketo MAP program related tasks. The candidate would describe themselves as a “power user” of Marketo and will have sufficient knowledge of this platform to advise Demand Generation Managers on best practices and suggestions to optimize MAP technology. Activities would include troubleshooting and advising on integrating MAP programs with Salesforce.com and the business’s emerging digital infrastructure as well as the day to day responsibilities of executing on the Demand Generation Manager’s campaign architectures. They must also possess the ability to build team member capability within this area of expertise to enhance the overall competency & effectiveness of the team. Key Responsibilities • Work cross-functionally with other teams and departments to technically execute multi-wave/multi-channel closed loop campaign programs for each stage of the customer journey, ensuring that the Marketing Automation Platform becomes a source of competitive advantage and enabler of our strategic business plan. • Creates emails, landing pages, forms, nurturing, scoring programs and reports within Marketo, including templates for use by others within the marketing function • Monitors and reports on effectiveness metrics related to tactics and programs managed by Marketo and related applications. • Standardizes, cleanses and uploads contact lists in to Marketo • Trains counterparts on the team on how to run reports and accomplish basic tasks within the MAP • Establish and track ongoing metrics, including campaign effectiveness, prospect engagement, funnel advancement, and ultimate return to identify successes and enhancement opportunities. • Ability to assist Demand Generation Manager and Associate Director of CRM in deriving insightful analysis based upon campaign response data, and sales funnel analysis. • Provide direction to and help build capability of 2-3 lead generation team members. • Lead efforts to build marketing automation strategy and foundations, including campaign flow templates, integrated commercial marketing program process designs. Qualifications Required: Required: -Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field -Two or more years of MAP administration experience with at least one year of
      experience with the Marketo platform - 1-3 years administering a sales force automation SFA system; ideally Salesforce.com - Five years or more of related business experience; ideal candidate has had experience in demand creation activities and/or other marketing roles that require use of trade shows, direct mail, email marketing, web, etc - Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience working with cross-functional teams - Experience working closely with sales and accountability for revenue goals - Sound communication and facilitation skills to lead projects and positively influence collaborators - Ability to work in a matrix organization, driving collaboration across functions - Sound project management, analytical, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: - History of demonstrated success in the development/building of demand generation processes from infancy to launch - Demonstrated success working in a cross functionally designed organization - Experience in a Business-to-Business organization - Proven ability to develop and use strong internal & external networks providing access to latest capability thinking, tools and providers - Superior Change Management skills - Capability-building experience
