Advanced Wait Properties

I am setting up a Triggered campaign that will pick up when a certain lead status changes, Wait one day and send a personal email from one of our sales team. My preference is that these emails will go out a day later (only Monday-Friday), preferably in the morning so it looks like my salesmen are really sending the email.

I've added a Wait step and used the Advanced Properties to say Wait 1 Day, Must End On: M-F 8:00 a.m.

I think this solves the problem for leads who may change status on the weekend. They will not be sent the email until Monday morning at 8:00.

However,my question is what about leads that change status on a weekday evening. For example, if the status I have set up to trigger the campaign changes on a Tuesday night at 9:00. will the email go out on Wed night at 9:00 or will it wait until Thursday morning at 8:00?
