There is no endpoint to fetch all the other endpoints, no. "Static Schema Objects" isn't a term we'd use. Maybe you mean "System Objects" (as opposed to Custom Objects).

@abhishek_c , connection type normally refers to something like ODBC, JDBC, REST, SOAP, Ora.Net, Ole.Net etc. etc. ad infinitum (i.e. a way in which you connect to a platform/system. e.g. I connected to my Oracle Database using Ora.net, and then connected to my MySQL Database using JDBC, I selected my data, and aggregated it and uploaded it to S3 using REST over HTTPS). You've got apples and oranges here. In your message, you've referred to two reporting/dashboarding applications (Tableau and PowerBI), two file systems (HDFS and S3), and 2 Database Systems (MySQL and Oracle) and one database language (SQL). None of these are connection types - just a broad description of what each system/language is for (noting that S3 is both the name of the file system and of the connection protocol) By that logic, @SanfordWhiteman 's answer stands as valid. Marketo is a Marketing Automation Platform (MAP). Cheers Jo

column name for the one which I mentioned like Email, Folder, Form , Tag, Channel. So, how can we get the details of it's datatype and column name and other details which we have for existing like for Lead API /rest/v1/leads/describe.json. Again... not column name, JSON property name. You need to un-think of these API resources as tables! There's no describe API endpoint for these other resources. But they aren't mysterious if you're familiar with Marketo. Why don't you look at the response, consider the Marketo user experience for that type of asset, then ask about specific properties you don't understand?

Nope, there's no endpoint that describes the relationship between all the other endpoints. And again — not "tables." "API responses" or "resources" or "collections" maybe, but not "tables."

Both Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics have a native integration with Marketo, where you can simply exchange credentials and configure which CRM data you want to sync. For both platforms as well as any other CRM there is also the option to integrate using Rest API. So Abhishek doesn't get confused... the "native" integration still uses the published Salesforce API. It's not connecting with the Oracle driver! So Salesforce, from the outside, doesn't get privileged access to the Marketo database. The integration of course benefits from Marketo engineering's internal access to their own database, but that's a different story.

@Jo_Pitts1, I really appreciate the help which is provided by Sanford. I was always being nice and I even said many times like in reply no one was answering and after many hours with no response I created a new thread and thought of deleting the reply in existing thread but there was no option. I already told in that thread please refer to the main thread in that reply too. I don't understand how the lack of forum etiquette came in this. If you can check all my threads it has thanks for helping in replies at last you can verify it. So, is it not the acknowledgement or appreciate from my side given to that person?? To be frank if anything is wasting my time then I just ignore and go on rather creating more hate rate by posting unnecessary paragraphs of text just for creating a new thread. posting paragraphs of text would waste more time if I'm not wrong. I think you need to be nice to all and say it in good etiquette way and it would be great if you're polite. FYI, I replied to Sanford right, I don't understand what is bothering you to come in the others conversation and post I think that should come under lack of forum etiquette. need to try this. There's actually no single correct order because there's no synchronization: you're not snapshotting all the databases at one point in time. If you download Leads first, you can have an activity log line for a Lead that was created after you finished downloading Leads. Conversely, if you download Activities first, that doesn't mean there won't be new Activities logged for an existing lead while you're downloading Leads. Also note the Activity Log is constantly backfilling as new Munchkin sessions are associated. The databases are constantly in motion. That being said, I would typically go Leads → Companies → Activities for a given run, and explain the ramifications to those using your app.

Hi, Marketo is known to use a variety of different storage mechanisms, including an indexing/caching engine and traditional SQL databases. But, based on your recent posts, it seems you're thinking about how to structure your own data store for extracted Marketo data. I don't recommend you take Marketo's internal tech choices — even if we knew them down to the product & version — as gospel for your app. Choose the software that works for your app's specific needs. You may have wildly different access patterns... or, to be totally frank, the same access patterns need faster query performance.

Hi @abhishek_c , If you are looking for more information on Marketo's APIs, then really the documentation is quite comprehensive. If you are looking for how best to use those APIs to integrate into other systems, you will likely have to hire external developers. Unless you have a more specific question it's tough to add more context to what is already documented. If you do have a specific question about how one endpoint or another works, feel free to post it - there will be a few people on this community who can certainly help. But at the moment it's a bit broad.
