Regarding Finding #2 above, you stated, "In another post, we will detail a workaround on how to handle that, but it will take some advanced SFDC skills". I have not been able to find this post. Can you kindly direct me to this post?
We have a few rules that change Sync with Marketo to false, one of those being if Contact Status is set to "Past Contact". We need this information back in Marketo so we can stop sending these people email. But as you pointed out, this will never make it back.
Any information regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated.
