Well update on this. The idea can be deleted.  Turns out send sample email is included in the "edit email" permission, not "approve email" permission (despite Marketo Support telling me it was "approve email". Finally figured out the user was getting an error because they weren't following the instructions.    But, I still think the documentation for the user permissions needs to be more clear.  ... There is a workaround (smart campaign to add and remove people from static list based on smart list ) but this seems like a key improvement, membership in static lists doesn't change as often (by nature of the lists) but syncing real time with a smart list would be a huge benefit.  ... View more

I agree with @Katja_Keesom that having the extra node makes it much easier to explain to people that there are actually two different assets and the implications of that. I do think that having the node makes the draft stand out more if you are just glancing through the tree. The color icon differences are subtle enough that its easy to miss if you are quickly scanning the tree rather than intentionally looking at a specific asset for its status.  ... View more
