Love the Q&A's! The only miss I see here is the answer to Yuen's question around optimizing a newsletter's open rate. In addition to subject line and sender name, time of send and preview text also have an impact on open rate. We generally resend our newsletter to those who didn't open the first send on a different day and different time of day to see a pick-up in opens. For example, if our initial send is Thursday at 10AM, we resend to unopens the following Tuesday at 2PM.
