Thanks for your response. What do you mean by Cloud only type of user? Is that a property on the user account that I can set in Azure Admin or CRM? Appreciate if you can add some details.

there is no place where you can see all the lists being imported This could be because Marketo treats list imports from UI and API the same way and doesn't yet have a filter to show manual imports. It would be a good item for their Roadmap.
