been keeping an eye very closely on this and thankfully have not seen any sync issues YET. Either way, they really need to get this fixed.

My task to look at Marketo / PowerBI has been put off to later this year - but I'm going to make 30mins of time to try this! Ingenious idea Adolfo.

Hi Jonathan, assuming there isn't a piece that we are missing for some custom needs of yours that you haven't mentioned, I have sat with members of our team here (multiple Marketo Certified Solutions Architects) and we can't see how this is anywhere close to a best practice or even the correct approach to take on this. I would definitely have concerns about what they are proposing for you. Happy to hop on a call with you and we can talk through it if you would like. We can ask some more questions and have a back and forth to figure out what is going on, but SFDC reporting is simplistic and works well without cutting off the sync.

Where is this setting to bypass communication limits in Engagement programs? I have seen it for other types of programs, but not in the Engagement one.

Thanks, I see that I can override and adjust the limit in Smart Campaigns, but is there a way to do the same thing in Email Sends that utilize the email send program and not a Smart Campaign to send it? From the looks of it, it doesn't seem like there is a way, or am I missing something.

Now that Microsoft has introduced their Clutter box for Outlook, are you taking any different initiatives or revising how to conduct email sends? Are you guys taking a similar stance to when Gmail released their promotions tab and asking individuals to move you to the main inbox?

The Not Had Interesting Moment uses 'not contains' as the operator, which translates to don't select any leads that had an Interesting Moment whose Type is email and the Description contains something other than 'Opens Email'

It's a great connection but with the limits per day on API calls you have literally no hope of getting a large chunk of data to PowerBI. The issuue is further compouned by the fact that PowerBI (I will assumee you are on the Free edition) also has limits on the SIZE of the data it collects.
