GrégoireThanks for the reply - it could very well be that the data is not synched over yet. Though it seems like we have had several synch cycles since making the changes. Would these be spread over a number of synchs? I have opened a ticket with support as you have suggested.
Ian, How are you able to do form pre-fill with Marketo forms embedded in videos?
Preston,Any reason you are using Vidyard forms over Marketo forms? We were able to successfully push forms to Marketo from Vidyard both by iframing a marketo landing page or by using the built-in Marketo form option in Vidyard.
SurveyMonkey's integration seemed expensive to me as well.
