Was any resolution around the reporting, where we can subscription to these reports? We understand that Adobe Product team have not out this in their roadmap and I understand that it will not be in 2023 roadmap. Anybody had a creative solution for this gap? Thank you

Hi - sorry to reply to a years old thread. I actually had a similar issue here. While I was finally able to get the affected individuals synced to SF manually, their program memberships and statuses aren't syncing to their corresponding SF camapigns. i.e. individuals are in a program with a status, the program is synced to a SF campaign, but the person is not showing up as a member of the SF campaign. This impacts us greatly as campaign membership impacts revenue attribution. I had assumed that once the lead became synced, their program memberships would as well. Is there something I'm missing here?

bumping this back up. has anyone found a solution for this? we are bumping into the same issue and noticed that on occasion the /n does not get appended but still fails.

Hey Marissa, I did this using Skuid a while ago. It acts as a configurable data source platform and drag-and-drop UX builder on top of SFDC. Here's what I think you'll need based on my memory: Asset API - Browse Files (of a parent folder) this is the browsing endpoint for assets in a parent folder. Marketo Program Id associated with your Salesforce Campaign - throw that value into a SFDC campaign field so that you can query for the right assets ID = your SFDC Campaign's syncing Program ID Type = Folder I think I had people put the Marketo Program ID into the SFDC campaign as part of a process, not automated. Sanford Whiteman - is there an endpoint that lets you query a Program based on a SFDC Campaign ID? I trust your eidetic API knowledge. The end result is that, when you navigate to your SFDC Campaign Detail page, the Asset API is pinged for child assets of the given Marketo Program ID. Also, take this with a grain of salt since it's been a while! Best, Aaron PS: If Sanford says anything I said is wrong, listen to him. Hahaha. And if you wanna walk through this together, I'm down. It'd probably take about 20 minutes.

Unfortunately this always ends up being a pretty manually intensive process. Within Marketo, you'll need to update the Acquisition Program after the fact through a smart campaign. Make sure to first set the Acquisition Program, then set the Acquisition Date (doing in the opposite order will not work). The unfortunate reality right now is that when doing batch updates to leads for Acquisition Program, there are no tokens that will work properly, so you'll need to manually select the program in the flow steps. Acquisition Date will be able to use a datetime token (e.g. Created At, or SFDC Created Date). I've seen other comments in the community mentioning that an API would potentially be able to bulk updates, but I can't speak to that personally. Useful fields in Marketo for telling where a lead came from are the: Original Source Type and Original Source Info fields.

Thanks for sharing this Dan + the detailed screenshots. I find it very interesting to see how differently people solve their requirements I ended up creating a proxy field for the program status, then having a campaign that we run manually when ready after import of people is completed (to a static list), to simply update the program status, based on the matching proxy value. This then triggers the score change for that program status (which is the same +amount as MQL trigger) for those that achieved the MQL program status, with a wait step before hand to ensure our new lead lifecycle processing has finished first. Appreciate the input.
