Thank you Darrell Alfonso. So just to confirm, we have a third party whom created a video for us and the link in the email takes them to that video,if we have a marketo form on that page we can track if they filled out the form? Or only if they are a known lead?
Our salesforce has one record labeled unsubscribe and another not, one is a lead and one is a contact. If we have duplicates and one is unsubscribed and one isn't, do we have to have the system smart list (duplicates) in place to catch these people in our batch sends?
