We're currently stamping Lead Source on the Lead Object in SFDC. Only once. We do have a "Lead Source Most Recent" field that we capture, but history is not being tracked for this....

You might want to enable field history tracking on those date/time stamp and funnel stage fields in Salesforce too. Will help in tracking movement and regression too.
