What you probably actually want, if you want to get clicks, impressions, conversions, etc from Google Ads into Marketo is actually to connect Google Analytics to Marketo. It sounds a bit counterintuitive, but in the end, ultimately better, as Google Analytics is far more robust in the data it tracks and reports.
