Would I use the embed code for the Marketo form?

Unfortunately the redirect is being used to compile the survey and show the results.

I believe it is using a REST API but I also tired using a Zap integration as well. Nothing seems to work. I guess I'll try what you suggested above.

What if you want to track utm's as well? How would that work?

All our content is stored in Marketo. Ideally, I would like to have the user select all the content they are interested in and one email goes to them with all the assets they selected.
