Hi Malik, 1. MSI supports sending single and group email (upto 200 emails due to Salesforce email limit) in SFDC Classic2. MSI supports sending single emails in SFDC Lightning3. Hi Marlaine Hudgins , MSI panel can be added in the contact page in the detail tab. Not entirely sure on when this was updated but the latest package supports Lightning.

Hi Kristen, quick note on this feature: We have not shortened the URL. However, we recently released wrap text feature for hyperlinks in the email tab which improves the user experience. Hope this helps!
