Hi Kristen, You have two separate questions in your post - can you create a different post for your second question please? The token you have above is a My Token (program/folder token) and these don't work within Marketo Sales Insight (MSI). If you want the subject line to appear in MSI you need to manually edit the subject line on the email and not rely on My Tokens. ... View more
