These campaigns have only Filters and no triggers have been used.There are 13 smart campaigns in the program and they run one after the other with a time span of 4 mins between them.The order of execution seems to be perfect
I checked the Order of operations and they seem to be fine.All the smart campaigns are scheduled to execute and only then the report is scheduled.The field which is not capturing all the data is a Custom field that we use in/for our organisation.
