Hi, has this issue been resolved. I accidentally noticed then when troubleshooting scoring triggers and none of them have triggered for those created from Salesforce.com too.   Might be a bug in the system?   Thanks Nanda ... View more

To manage links with Velocity, you must output the entire link - from opening <a> to closing </a> - from the token.   (This is discussed in numerous other posts.) ... View more
