We can only change account assignments for non-CRM people. Can you provide more details around the type of people you are trying to add to the Account?  We need more information in order to determine whether or not the tool is behaving correctly.   ... View more

You can add a choice in the flow step "If not was sent email A" send email " A and similarly for other emails. By doing this, if lead A & B has received 2 emails they won't receive the 1st two email and will qualify for the remaining emails. Thanks ... View more
