1. Send an email to current customers requesting that they refer their friends and family to us. When they provide the friend's name/number/email we need to email the friend requesting permission to contact and opt them in to emails. Standard Referral Form concept, make sure the form has _mkt_trk removed (https://developers.marketo.com/blog/clearing-marketo-tracking-cookie-from-forms-2-0-submission/).   Then have a new field like RefererredByCustomer as a hidden field on the form, Auto-Filled from a query param. And attach the Lead ID of the Referrer - i.e. the current customer - as that query param, i.e. extref={{Lead.Id}}.   2. Separate (but identical looking) landing pages for each individual member of a 500+ person sales team so that they can send customers to a page where they can refer themselves or others to our company. Hi Veronica - The way it's set up now, if someone's status changes to influenced and they are not yet finished in stream 1, they won't be moved into stream 2. A couple of options: Use a smart campaign to manage your stream transitions - #1 - Trigger: Was Sent Email #2, Flow: If Status = Influenced, Change to Stream 2; If Status = Responded, Change to Stream 3 #2 - Trigger: Status changes to Responded, Filter: Exhausted Stream 1, Flow: Change to Stream 3. OR you could use one stream, but nest programs into the stream, with the additional requirement that to receive email #3, status must be influenced (or "not responded" if you want someone to get it if they received emails #1-2 but did not click). If someone does not qualify for email #3, they'd automatically be sent the next email they are qualified for (in this case, email #4) and would not interrupt the cadence of your sends. ... View more

+1 to Chris' method. If you do follow the campaign flow method he linked to, make triple-sure you only include active members of the current nurture in the smart list. I've seen users accidentally run campaigns to pause and un-pause records not realizing that if you run a member through a campaign telling them to pause within the program, they actually get added to the program .
