Hi Ebony, I have to send to my personal email for testing as well. Check to see if you have communication limits set, and make sure you have not reached that limit. You can check your activity log to see if that is the issue.

I would also like an answer to this... where can we find current email performance benchmarks for industry?

Thanks, Kristen! What do you do in terms of month and year? Do you just include every month for the year since it is an ongoing nurture (people are added throughout the year). This would ensure it gets pulled for RCE reports.

Hi Brian, thanks for this post! We actually communicate to distributors and a lot of them use generic email addresses. I looked at a few records and saw that the communications are being opened. So, for us, we would not want to suspend these particular email addresses unless it's for an end user rec...

Thanks, Brian! What would you consider a "success" for an engagement program? A success for a batch email is simple - filled out form or clicked link in email. But, what about when you have a series of emails in a nurture. What marks that entire nurture program a "success"?
