"registered to these objects" is overly vague. "Registration" in Marketo-speak means someone's Program Status changed to "Registered" for Event type Programs. Any other meaning would be specific to your business.   Please explain exactly how you have your COs set up in SFDC, your Programs set up in Marketo, and you want to reflect Marketo relationships in SFDC. ...
