I've been noticing that some records are entering in the database through a web form fill out. However Marketo cannot identify the name of the form (substituting ) they filled out to do so.Has anyone encountered this issue before, and if so how did you identify the form?Thanks

It would be incredibly useful to have a field that shows the reasons for a failed SFDC sync e.g. Duplicates Detected, Country field Error. This field would help identify/troubleshoot sync problems between Marketo/Salesforce.
