OK, from that I'll assume you are using Salesforce. But it still doesn't really narrow it down. There's a bunch of things you need to check. - Have you properly installed MSI app onto the contact page layouts? - Have you mapped the MSI fields appropriately between lead and contact for lead conversion (fields like Urgency, Engagement etc)? - Does Marketo have the right permissions to write to the Contact in your instance? That'd be the initial places I'd start to troubleshoot. I'd like a bit more information though - when you say "got lost" what do you mean? And what specific MSI information are you referring to?
