Hey John, There's a lot of Marketo templates available which are all slightly different so it'd be great if you could share the code from an example email for us to look at. With the rate at which email clients update, it's possible that the template you're using has some rendering issues that impact your performance. You may also want to dive into your performance results closer to see whether these results represent a consistent low or a recent shift, and if they're tied to any specific email/template.
