Hi, totally agree with all this. We have had a case open because our forms aren't working (completely a serverside issue nothing to do with us) and not only has no progress been made in 5 days. We dont have any kind of update without repeated tracing, and are told that is escalated but I don't think...

Hi Katie, our issue turned out to be because some old JS we had which related to our old marketing platform was conflicting with the Marketo form code. Once we took that out it worked fine.

Yeah I did it on a test community we have and it seemed to work ok, we havent put it on the live site yet though
