Hi Sanford Whiteman​, Progressive profiling can work if it is the same form being used in the same page. In which case, each field can be progressively shown as and when the user visits. But In this case, I think what Gabby is asking is - Say there are 10 pages and only 1 form (With 10 pick list fields), each field is a different question with a different set of picklist. The desired outcome is to place this form in those 10 different pages with the requirement that each page should show only 1 desired field, in the respective pages. So if 1,2,3 are the respective LPs and ABC are respective form fields, the preferred outcome is to have LP1 with form fiield A , LP2 with Form field B , LP3 with form field C and so on, Keeping in mind that Gabby wants to use only 1 form for all these pages. Hi Gabby Owens​, When you say "form questions", are you referring to form fields? And just to clarify, do you want 1 form with several form fields, but place the same form on different pages in a way that each page shows only the desired field/question? Hi Huihsing Kiang​, Since you mentioned that you have upgraded you instance, if you have been using your instance for a while and are well versed with the day to day marketing activities, depending upon the maturity of the marketo instance, and business requirement, I would recommending utilizing he mentor sessions for setting up and using advanced areas as highlighted in yellow in the below snapshot. We also recently upgraded our instance with full access and these were a few areas that were relatively challenging to us where we could not find a lot of resources and used cases to set these up and use them. So I would rather prefer using the available mentoring sessions for those highlighted areas.  But again it really depends upon your business requirements and current instance maturity. Even tasks within the Marketing activities like drip nurtures and lead scoring can get quite complex depending upon the requirement. I have seen and worked with several of my clients on extremely complex projects like custom drip nurture programs (with campaigns requesting one after the other), define and implement scoring with grade matrix, creating a full fledged attribution model, defining and implementing end to end marketing automation lead routing processes and last but not the least, GDPR with highly custom rule sets and workflows. These can get pretty complex too where you might require some consulting help. I have had clients in the past who had vast scoring programs with complicated grading matrix. Hi Nick Nappo​, Dan is absolutely right on this. Have you considered creating a master email template? I have dealt with a few client earlier who implemented a master template with about 40-50 modules. Each of these modules would have template sections which would cover branding and designs of all the email requirements in the instance. Although switching templates is not possible, considering to create a master email template can save you the trouble and hassle of creating a different template for each email. Hi Karyn Hill​, Would it be possible to check the details in the leads activity log to see what is happening. Or perhaps if you could create a new test lead and share the screenshot of the activity log. That could perhaps give further perspective about why the leads are not getting subscribed. Like I said, the smart list filters and triggers including the flow actions look fine. Hi Port worx​, My recommendation would be to redirect leads to a preference center instead of directly showing them the unsubscribe confirmation page. The preference center can be a valuable addition to prevent your leads from unsubscribing. Not only does the preference center helps you show the leads relevant options from which they can choose from, but its also enables the leads to go for options like a "90 day vacation", by which the leads would not be sent any email for next 90 days and post that also, the lead only receives communications on their areas of interest. Additionally setting up a preference center is also highly recommended and mandatory in some cases if you have a data base that falls under the scope of GDPR. Setting up and giving options to delete ones own data, and other customized options become possible with the help of preference center. I have worked with several clients and have had successful used cases where implementing an email preference center significantly reduced the unsubscribes and also enable us to send the right communication to the right lead. I Understand that " Pre-Fill doesn't have anything to do w/the common case in which someone submits the form using a secondary email address. ". The scenario is not exactly clear here. The example that I am referring to is a different case. Say there is a case where a person (Pre existing in the database) receives a second email with a link to a Marketo Landing page, where the Marketo form is embeded, are you saying that the form will not prefill with the information (Including the email address) that is already there in the data base? or is it not possible to prefill the details of an existing lead, in such a scenario? Given the above situation, In case a non-Marketo LP is used, where a Marketo form is used, that when I recommended the above article .
