I like that we can copy and paste images into the community and think it would be very helpful to see that feature incorporated into support cases. Frank Passantino​ I am seeing the same issue on my end. Parent and child programs have the exact token names and values but the child program still shows the token as overriden. It currently can't be deleted or moved back to inherited. Can I email you abut this as well? ... View more

In our case, we upload the ICS file to the design studio, gives us better control of what we want the link to look like. I tried turning off link tracking for the calendar file URL and the results were interesting. If the link opens in safari, it will automatically ask if you want to add it to the iOS calendar app (with link tracking on, it takes a little longer but still works). It still doesn't work at all on iOS Chrome. Even after hitting "download" and then "open in", there was no option to add the .ics file to any calendar, iOS or Google. I then downloaded the Google Calendar app but that did not show up as an option when I tried "open in" in iOS Chrome again. In short, it looks like iOS Chrome hates .ics files. ... View more

I have the same question. We've been using RTP dialog boxes for a couple of years now with no issues across devices because our website was not responsive. However, we recently launched a mobile-friendly site and have not been able to make our dialog boxes render properly even though they are basically just images, no live text or anything fancy. I tried doing some simple CSS (width: 100%; and max-width: 650px;) and that doesn't seem to work. the image gets reduced in size, cropped vertically, and moved down and to the right on mobile devices (screenshot and preview link below). There are "mobile" templates in the RTP library but the background image is visibly distorted as the viewfinder is changed so I'm not sure how mobile-friendly those are. We implemented Sanford's code and everything seems to be working great. The form submitted successfully, showed the thank you message and Google Tag Manager recognized the event, triggering the conversion scripts we needed. Thanks for your help, Grégoire Michel​ and Sanford Whiteman​! I made some slight changes to the "data.layer push" part to only send over the event name. The form is loading and submitting values to Marketo but it doesn't seem to be firing the event or showing the thank you text. Can you look at the code below and tell me what I'm missing? Hi Courtney Grimes, Super helpful, thanks! It does sound like we'll need to store those parameters and gclid in Marketo and then pass them on to GA. Maybe gclid is all that's needed and a GA filter can autofill the source and medium utm tags anytime a gclid is passed over. Fun stuff to think about. Freddie Sexton​ we are having this same issue. The "direct" traffic makes GA unable to attribute these goals to AdWords campaigns, which means we can't optimize our AdWords ads for conversions. I've been trying to troubleshoot this with AdWords for months with no luck so far. Does anyone have any insight on this issue? Maybe some parameters can be added to the webhook to make sure Analytics can attribute goals coming from AdWords? ... View more

Hi Marc Reece​, You may have come across this already but this link in the Marketo docs is a very helpful guide to get you started on overwriting form CSS:  Edit the CSS of a Form Theme - Marketo Docs - Product Docs . As the article states, I strongly recommend copying the existing CSS and then editing it as needed. It took some trial and error (I am not a developer) but I found that I could customize everything I needed to match our designer's creative.
