If you were invited to join your team on Tout, you should see all of your team's templates under the "Team Templates" header.
If that's not the case, then one of two things has happened:
- Your teammates' templates have not been shared. Please contact your team's administrator to make sure they've clicked the "Share" button.
- You have not properly been set up on your team's account. To be added, please submit a help ticket here with the following subject line: "Please add [email address] to [domain.com]'s team account". Make sure to CC your team's administrator.
