ToutApp does not offer an iPhone or Android App for its users. The best way to get updates from ToutApp is through a Chrome browser on a PC or Mac. We know how excited some of you are to start checking your ToutApp updates on the go.Right now we are working on tons of exciting features and improvements that are going to rock your socks off, but have not yet slotted a time for a mobile application. Sorry that we can't get a phone application to you sooner. If you are an iPhone user you can save your Live Feed to your desktop as a possible workaround. Open Safari Go to ToutApp.com/login Sign in. Open your live feed Click Save button at the bottom of your browser Add to Homescreen. Once you launch the icon for your Live Feed you may need to use two fingers to zoom in to increase the size of the font.

If a contact is on a campaign, or if the contact is owned by someone else on the team you will not be able to delete a contact. If they are on a campaign, first remove them from the campaign and then you can delete them.  If they are owned by a team member, you will need to ask them to either un-share the group they are on, or delete them from their own account.

You may have signed in with the wrong email address and created a new account. Make sure you are signing in with the email address you configured your account with originally (make sure it's your company vs. personal). If you are having trouble getting out of the billing page, try clearing your cache/history to get signed out, and then sign back in with the other email address.

Is it an option for you to use Chrome instead of Safari/Firefox? Tout is not currently optimized for these browsers. This is something our product team is aware of and hoping to add in the future, but in the meantime, I would suggest using Chrome as that is the browser that Tout is built for.
