So you have all of this great tracking data, now what? Use the Live Feed to your advantage to tailor your emailing followup. If you select the drop down arrow next to the recipients name in the Live Feed, this will expand this view so that you can take actionable steps to follow up.
What we offer:
Call - We allow you to call a recipient right from the Live Feed and we will automatically pull in their number and your number to conference you in!
Email - We allow you to send an email from the Live Feed and this will take you to the Conversations page on toutapp.com where you can compose that followup email.
CRM - We allow you to easily get routed to your recipients contact page in your CRM to update your activity in your CRM.
