Can Marketo control what displays with Forms 2.0 when you select "Stay on page" for a form on a non-Marketo landing page as the post-submit-button option or can we only do that on the developer end (i.e., a thank you message even if it triggers a flow for confirmation emails/routing to sales, et al)?
Stay on page functionality keeps you on page. Could you specify what kind of action are you looking for, once you submit the form? If a thank you message is required, you could just use an External URL. However, to hide the form on submission, or take the user to a URL determined by JS or other such requirements, you would certainly involve developer end.
