I updated my newsletter template in the HTML section with a new company address. However when I refresh this months newsletter the same template still shows our old address. I can't remove this template and then add it again because it is a cloned object. Does anyone know how to fix this? Is it not updating because it was a historic clone?
Hi Lindsay. I had the same problem too this week 🙂 I fixed the current email I was working on since I couldn't change the template by going into the HTML of the email and then adding the address in. Hope this helps!
