Hi there,
I'm trying to set up a redirect from a Marketo LP to a LinkedIn events page. I'm using Sandford Whiteman's landing page script; I disabled the munchkin code at the lp level, I'm pretty sure all the JS is correct and I allowed LinkedIn domains in the allowed section but the page still wasn't redirecting. When I checked the JS Console to see what the error was, this is what I'm receiving:
A parser-blocking, cross site (i.e. different eTLD+1) script, https://munchkin.marketo.net/munchkin-beta.js, is invoked via document.write. The network request for this script MAY be blocked by the browser in this or a future page load due to poor network connectivity. If blocked in this page load, it will be confirmed in a subsequent console message. See https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5718547946799104 for more details.
Any ideas for how to fix/get around this? I am not a developer so I feel like I'm walking around in the dark a little bit here.
Hey Sandford!
Thanks for clarifying! The URL seems to be working now but the smart campaign is not registering the visit. Here's the URL: https://go.torch.io/
Here's the smart campaign trigger:
(Thanks for replying to my direct email as well! I'll keep an eye out for email but happy to continue the thread here if it's more convenient for you.)
Sam
Thank you! Removed that and retesting now.
Update: Co-workers are reporting they are being redirected to the external page, but I'm still not seeing that data load in the smart campaign
You can see it's sending Visit Web Page hits:
Can you look directly in the Activity Log? That's where to start (not a Smart List) if you're confused about whether an activity is happening.
