Is there a known tag glitch in Facebook using Marketo URL tag manager?

Is everyone experiencing this?

Issue:
(a) significant amount of leads are coming in with missing fields in this case it's Paid Social Media and Facebook Ad (from URL tag):

(b) Something is causing the fields not to show up from url tag
ex: www.website.com/landingpage1.html?mg=Paid%20Social%20Media&msg=Facebook%20Ad

1. Facebook changes link to (%20 to +😞

ex: www.website.com/landingpage1.html?mg=Paid+Social+Media&msg=Facebook+Ad

Things I've tried:

1. I thought it was the above, with Facebook changing the url, but leads still come in (so that is not the issue)
2. leads were not removing the URL tags

Not clear what's missing: are you AutoFilling these fields from form fillouts?

What do you see in the Activity Log Details for the ​Filled Out Form ​activity?

on our facebook ad manager and when leads come in the mg and msg field data are missing so in this case the following are missing:Paid Social media and Facebook Ad


2. Fill out Form section is blank under the missing fields: mg and msg
