I have used Marketo for years, but at my current position is the first time I did the full setup from beginning to end. The last part I'm trying to turn on is Sales Insight in Salesforce. It works fine for me, but I'm a Marketo admin. Here is what I need and what I've done so far:
1. Installed it
2. Added it to tabs and on the lead record.
3. Assigned my MSI licenses
4. Turned it on for each profile type I want to see it.
My questions are:
1. Why dont the people I assigned MSI licenses to have access to view the MSI details on the lead record?
2. I always thought that every salesforce user could see that on the lead details but only licensed MSI users could use the tab with hot leads, watchlist, send emails, etc. So do I have to have a license for the entire sales team for them to be able to see the leads activity from the lead record?
That can't be right...right? Just to see that info, and see what emails someone has gotten and to see their web visits and scoring??
Again, it all looks perfect to me, but no other profiles can see it. They just see this:
