Hello Brea,
The Marketo support explained it is because you tried to send the sample emails to many times so Marketo blocked your emails address, despite you ignore limit in Smart Campaign Settings ("If lead has reached communication limit = Ignore Limit").
This limit is effective during 24 hours, so it is supposed to work now. Did you try to resend the sample emails?

I tried sending myself a sample today, and it still didn't work, unfortunately. I'm only having a problem with this email campaign - the Furniture Diamino Upgrade.

Is your email address still suspended and you did not receive the sample email or is it still in your junkbox?
We re-opened the case to the Marketo Support.

Hi Jonata, the same for me. The issue was never resolved so I had to test this campaign by sending sample emails to my personal email addresses, so that I didn't delay sending the email program.

We had to do the same thing and send the sample emails to our personal email accounts. We launched the campaign, and everything seems to be working well!
