I have cloned the DiaminoFurniture campaign today and am just trying to test it at the moment, but it seems that Marketo is not sending the sample emails to me when I request them? The sales alert sample works, but none of the original 3 emails to customers come through to my inbox.
If you can take a look at me that would be great.

Just to add to this, I now see that 6 people are appearing in the 'opened' list, even though the campaigns have not been activated yet (no emails have been sent). Am I missing something?

We also tried to send the 010_Send out test Smart Campaign and that didn't work either.

These emails are going to the junk box because there is an "!" in the subject. If you remove it, it will work.
For the list of opened, we will check this point with you during our WebEx meetings.

We removed the "!" from the subject lines, but we are still having the same problem. Every time we try to send the Test Smart Campaign, we are being told that our email addresses are suspended until the following day. This is the error we received today: The email address is suspended until Fri, 29 Apr 2016 14:26:22 -0500
As an aside, in the Smart Campaign Settings, we set the If lead has reached communication limit = Ignore Limit
Any idea why this may be happening and advice on how to fix it?

We do not know what is the problem with your email adress and what is this error. We asked Marketo this morning about your problem, we will keep you posted.
