Remove contacts from Smart List

Hello Marketo team,

I am checking the target for the Vector Fashion iQ program, and I would like to exclude some leads form the smart list.

I am trying to do so by adding the filter "Email address is not..." and writing down the email address from those leads I want to exclude, but I can't and the following message appears:

I've done this in the past and it always worked. Could you help me with this?

Maybe you can try with "Email addres does not contain ...".

Can you share you Smart List, so I can see what is the problem ?

If I try with "not contains" I get the same message...

Can I clone my Smart List to the Shared Workspace? To which folder should I clone it?

Hi Blanca and Maylys,

I checked and the exclusion works well.

You have to put the email address filter and change to 'is not'. Be careful to change the formula.

Can you try again Blanca, and tell me if it's working now ?

Sorry Domitille we solved the problem but didn't tell to the community,

There was just error on filters and we changed it
