PLM V5 Campaign / Reports

Dear all,

We would like to inform our sales people about customers who have opened and/or clicked on the campaign email.

However, we can only read the customers' contacts list but we cannot export the list.

How could I give the information to the sales in order for them to follow-up with their customers?

Could you send us the report?

I have the same issue! In particular the report I receive is only for customers and not for prospects.

Hi Stella,

I checked in Marketo and you should have received clients report and prospect report. These 2 reports was sent to your address email on October 1st at 4:31am and 4:33am.

Yes indeed, but we also need the names of the prospects and customers who have openend and/or clicked in the email in order to warn our sales managers.
