Hello everybody,
I've created a smart list in order to know the number of leads we would be able to invite to a possible event, but I've noticed there are some missing prospects and customers in the smart list. I've done a view inside SFDC in order to compare it with the smart list and there are 6 missing accounts on the Marketo one, and as a consequence, all the leads of those accounts are missing too.
I've checked just in case some of them were checked as "Unsubscribe" or "Do Not Email", but this is not the case.
Could you please help me with this?
Best,
Blanca
Hi Blanca,
Can you tell me what is the name of your smartlist and which are thoses missing accounts?
Thanks !
Domitille
Hello Domitille Balas,
The Smart List is called ES_IED Speed Geeking event.
The missing accounts are: Acturus Capital, Bohemios Colección, Delpozo Moda, Exigency, Global Leiva and Orellana Uno. Some fo them are prospect and other are customers.
Thanks for your help.
Blanca
Hello Blanca Bellon,
I think I found why some of your leads are missing in your Smart List. It is not a problem with the company, but because of the contraints you added in your Smart List.
You decided to add the "Lead department" in your constraints, and only targeting leads in Design, Pattern Design, Purchasing, Sample Development/Prototyping and Product Development departments. But most of your leads are not in those departments (please see the screenshot below).
It is the same with the job function because you only targeted executives and managers.
And some of these leads are excluded from the targeting by both criterias, lead department and job function (highlighted in orange)
Are you sure you had the exact same contraints in your SFDC targeting than in your Smartlist?
Domitille
Hello Domitille,
You're right. I've removed Lead Department and Jobfunction from the Smart List and now I have the same accounts in both lists.
Thanks for your help!
Best,
Blanca
