ok to put Known status to all our leads but please consider that more than 70% of leads now in SFDC are owned by the sales people.
As marketing we will better qualify not only the NEW leads but also the ones assigned to Marketing Italy or member of our team but we will not work on leads assigned to sales people and linked to existing customers.
We are speaking about 1500 leads and you can easily understand that it will be an heavy job for us, besides being the account manager the owner of the leads I do not think it's up to us work on them.
I hope do you agree with me.

Normally, Qualification is made by Marketo via programs and forms.
Then we score i above 75 it goes to your marketing queue in order to finalize the qualification...
Hi Angelique, I saw that the new leads staus are now availble in SFDC (yepppp!!), I was wondering if it possible to add a status called "already exists as contact"...if the contact already exists and when we have doublon we put "disqualified" to the lead but is not an info completely correct, do you agree? thanks a lot
Hello, not sure to perfectly understand your question but I try to guess:
- deduplicate leads: it should happen at marketing qualification lead status where you have to :
- check data quality
- and finally assign.
- if you have leads to be merged in Marketo; use the merge function.
