ISSUE WITH LEADS TO QUALIFY - STATUS "INTEREST" INSTEAD OF "MARKETING QUALIFICATION"

Dear local marketing teams,

There was a technical issue between March 3 and 16, that implied that some leads that arrives in the marketing queue with a status "interest" instead of "marketing qualification".

So please take care of these leads as if there were “Marketing Qualification”. And please before you do anything in the lead page, please change the Lead status to ‘Marketing Qualification” and Save. This will allow to track then MQL from status ‘Marketing Qualification’ to ‘Sales Handover’.

We've finally found a solution to fix this technical issue. Now all leads who fill out a contact form should arrive with the lead status "marketing qualification" in your marketing queue.

We've also corrected the lead status of all leads who filled out a contact form on or after March 3rd and still have a wrong lead status (mid or high interest). Here you have the smart campaign we activated:
