As you may know, we are in contact with the Marketo Support to understand our issue on email invalid.
They created for us a smart list of leads/contacts to be checked, this smart list is called “ADMIN_Email invalid investigation”.
We have to find in this smart list if any leads/contacts would be incorrectly set as invalid. It would be very helpful for us.
We know that this request is difficult, so just let us know if this is possible for you.

Our list with invalid email is short - and checked!
Our "Email invalid investigation" list is short - just 2 leads.
One of them had a generic email, and it was not invalid, but I take the chance to obtain the personal email address of that lead. I am also trying to reach the other one.
I want to ask you: does this mean these 2 leads are the only ones that could not have an invalid email address? In that case, ll the leads contained in the "ADMIN bounces email invalid" list below are invalid?

In the "ADMIN_Email invalid investigation" smart list you will find all people who might be incorrectly tagged as Email Invalid = the "email invalid cause" field contains "internal", meaning the customer server rejected our email with an internal cause.
In the "ADMIN_Bounces_Email Invalid" smart list you will find all people tagged as Email Invalid in your region.
