Export all the form registrants of "Contact Us" Form

Could you please instruct me how to see all the form registrants of "Contact us" form? Is there a report could show the MQL converstion rate for those who fill in "Contact Us" form? Thanks.Margaux Lepine​Domitille Balas​Chloe Sabourin​

I am sorry but I don't really understand your question. Can you explain more in details what your are looking for? (list of leads who filled which 'Contact us' form?)

Futhermore, keep in mind that exports are not allowed on Marketo.

Yes, my question is how to see the list of leads who filled "Contact us" form.

I understand that exports are not allowed on Marketo, but if the lead fill out “Contact us”, he/she will be pushed to SFDC in marketing queue. Is there a way to export them from SFDC? Thanks.
